Creating a Forecast/SLA Management rule

This procedure describes how to create a Forecast/SLA Management rule, which enables you to revise expected run times.

To create a Forecast/SLA Management rule:

  1. From the Forecast domain, click Forecast/SLA Management Rules.

    The Forecast/SLA Management Rules window appears.

  2. Click Add_New, and select one of the following:
  3. Set the fields, as described in the relevant field descriptions, and click Advanced to set the calendar details:
  4. Click OK.

    The rule appears in the left pane.

  5. To disable the rule, clear the check mark next to the rule.
  6. Click Save.

    The Forecast/SLA Management rules you defined are saved, and the checked ones are enabled.
