Deleting a Forecast/SLA Management rule

This procedure describes how to delete a Forecast/SLA Management rule.

To delete a Forecast/SLA Management rule:

  1. From the Forecast domain, click Forecast/SLA Management Rules.

    The Forecast/SLA Management Rules window appears.

  2. In the left pane, select one of the rules.

    The fields appear in the right pane.

  3. Click Delete_Word.
  4. Update the fields, as described in the following field descriptions, and click Advanced to set the calendar details:
