Job Name

Name of the job in SAP. Can be either a specific or generic name.

Valid values are: any generic value, for example: JOB_* Mandatory. Free text.

NOTE: In a Job Name, SAP perceives an underscore "_" and a space to be the same character. This means that two jobs, named respectively JOB STAR and JOB_STAR, for example, would be recognized as one and the same job. This is a known SAP problem.

User Name

Owner of the job in SAP. Mandatory.

Valid values are: any generic value, for example: *Y*

Job Group

Group to which the jobs belong. Free text. Optional

Job Count

CCMS job number. 8-digit number. Optional.

With Pred

Selection flag for jobs with start after predecessor. Optional. Valid values are: X/N

Event Id

Background event ID. Free text. Optional

Event Param

Background Event parameter. Free text. Optional.

From Date

Scheduled start date for the CCMS job. Optional.

Valid format: YYYYMMDD

From Time

Scheduled start time for the CCMS job. Optional. Valid format: HHMMSS

NOTE: This parameter depends on the specification of both From Date and To Date for the same day.

To Date

Scheduled end date for the CCMS job. Optional. Valid format is: YYYYMMDD

To Time

Scheduled end time for the CCMS job. Optional. Valid format: HHMMSS

NOTE: This parameter depends on the specification of both From Date and To Date for the same day.

No Date

Selection flag for jobs with no start date. Optional. Valid values are: X/N

Statuses

Status of the CCMS job. The status types are:

• Released
• Ready
• Finished
• Scheduled
• Active
• Canceled

The status types can optionally be selected.
