This procedure describes how to add an SAP interception profile.
- From the CCM, right-click the Control-M for SAP on the host that you want to manage, and select Extractor Management.
The Extractor Management dialog box appears.
- In the Extractor Definitions area, in the Connection Profile Name field, select the required Connection Profile Name.
- In the SAP Interception Profiles tab, click Load.
The SAP interception profiles table for the selected connection profile name is loaded.

.The SAP Interception Profiles Management dialog box appears.
- Type the Profile Name.
NOTE: The profile name cannot be empty and can contain any character.
- In the Criteria Hierarchy section, complete the hierarchy by using one of more of the following tool bar buttons:
- AND: Adds an And folder under the selected item.
- OR: Adds an OR folder under the selected item.
- Delete: Deletes the selected item and any item included.
NOTE: When opening a new profile, the AND folder appears. This folder is empty and cannot be deleted. You can delete the folder contents but not folder.
- To add criteria, highlight the folder, and click Criteria.
- Do one or more of the following:
- When you finish building the criteria hierarchy, click OK.
The new SAP interception profile is created.
