Editing Forecast/SLA Management rule

This procedure describes how to edit a Forecast/SLA Management rule, which enables you to revise expected run times.

To edit Forecast/SLA Management rule:

  1. From the Forecast domain, click Forecast/SLA Management Rules.

    The Forecast/SLA Management Rules window appears.

  2. In the left pane, select one of the rules.

    The fields appear in the right pane.

  3. Update the fields, as described in the following field descriptions, and click Advanced to set the calendar details:
  4. Click OK.

    The rule appears in the left pane.

  5. Do one of the following:
  6. Add rules, as described in Creating a Forecast/SLA Management rule.
  7. Click Save.

    The Forecast/SLA Management rules you edited are saved, and the checked ones are enabled.
